As the Founder and CEO of FileFacets, Chris Perram leads the company’s overall strategic direction. Founded in 2000 as Perram Corporation and rebranded as FileFacets in 2015, Chris has transformed the organization from a data classification, attribution and migration services consultancy to an award winning SaaS-base content migration software company.
Andrew Bailes is CFO at FileFacets. He was previously CFO at Cryptocard, the leading Two Factor Authentication SaaS provider, and was instrumental in its successful sale in 2012. Since then he has worked on various projects, including leading a 25-strong finance team for Lowe-Martin. He has extensive experience in IT, Telecoms and other sectors, managing not only Finance, but also Legal, HR and Operational functions. Andrew holds undergraduate and master’s degrees in Mathematics and Management Studies from Cambridge University (UK) and came top in his Executive MBA at Cornell (USA) and Queens University (Canada).
As Chief Technology Officer, Kirill leads the product development and engineering teams and is responsible for the development of the FileFacets content analytics and migration platform as well as the ECM connector development strategy. Kirill’s six year tenure at FileFacets he has consistently evolved the FileFacets product to the flexible and scalable SaaS platform it is today.
As Vice President, Marketing, Jennifer Nelson leads FileFacets sales and marketing strategy, product positioning and channel partner programs. Jennifer brings over 15 years experience in marketing communications, corporate communications, brand management, sales and marketing operations, lead management strategies, public relations and investor relations.
As Vice President, Product, Jordan is responsible for the product roadmap and the Customer Success team’s sales engineers, customer support and technical support. As one of the first employees, and over his 10 year tenure at FileFacets, Jordan has held a variety of roles including Business Analyst, Developer, Project Lead, Sales, and Product Manage. He has championed several major information management projects in the government, oil and gas, utilities, mining, and legal markets. Jordan holds a Degree in Computer Science at University of Waterloo and Psychology at Carleton University.
Doug is a results-oriented and customer-service driven senior business professional with over twenty-five years experience in leadership and management roles in project management, facilities management, business operations and business continuity. Having joined FileFacets in 2012, Doug has held various position including Manager of Project Delivery and Vice President, Operations, overseeing all aspects of client service delivery and project management activities.
Doug has 25 years of sales experience building long-term C-Level relationships in technology solutions; including ERP, Mobility, Business Intelligence and ECM. He comes to FileFacets as a top Sales Executive from CGI, and formerly with one of SAP’s largest U.S. based integrators where he started several new practices and brought multiple new logos to the Company. Doug is well versed at guiding organizations through the complex sales cycle involved in delivering enterprise-wide solutions that drive business results. Consistently works with Channel Partners to develop capture strategies and win themes to integrate towards go-to market initiatives.
A driven sales leader, Bill Boersing has a 20+ year track record of creating profitable business development opportunities. With an extensive background in the B2B technology industry, he is committed to delivering quality solutions while responding to each client’s unique situation. Exceeding quotas year after year, he has a natural talent for establishing credibility and influencing people to create strong and effective partnerships, both internal and external. He engages decision makers at all levels to secure ongoing customer loyalty, build relationships and negotiate complex agreements.
